FML comes from the desire to simplify fitness, by bringing it back to three basic principles, what you eat, how you train, and the ability to live life to the fullest.
we provide a variety of services ranging from group led motivational sessions aimed more towards interval training and focus group sessions where you can be coached on how to perfect and improve a specific skill such as Olympic lifting or gymnastics work.
Our Aim is to provide the best possible experience for every member. Our new ONE membership offers all access to all members. Use both our Functional area and Accessory gym, plus gain access to our daily motivational classes.

Focus Group Sessions
Want additional focus in your training choose our FOCUS (1 or 2) add-on. This gives you high value coaching in small groups of up to 5 people. These Groups will be accessible daily and will provide you with the care and attention you deserve to guarantee those personal goals are achieved!
